You can't spot-reduce. You need to lose overall body fat through a better eating plan and calorie deficit. I would suggest weight training to help with getting your entire body into better shape, as well as maintain what muscles you have.

There's no exercise to target an area for fat loss. You can work the muscles, but that won't cause the fat to go away. That comes through creating a caloric deficit through diet (and exercise). Unfortunately, your body picks where fat comes from and when in your journey. I swear my first 8 pounds all came from my face! Get a basic lifting reprogram in place, add in some fun cardio and eat at a deficit. Be patient, your body will start to change.

Couldn't have said it better!

OP, keep in mind that doing cardio will make you look like a smaller version of exactly what you look like now.
Heavy lifting will reshape your body

Eat clean and lift heavy. Try intermittent fasting. Fat stored in "trouble spots" is due to hormones and fat receptors. The only way to get fat out of them is to change the hormonal profile in your body. I.F. increases GH, good fats boost test levels. Unfortunately women have high estrogen making fat even more difficult to get rid of. Butt and thighs is the very last place the fat will melt away from.
  • I thought it was light weights many reps? Please tell me more about heavy lifting! I won't get bigger right? Haha sorry I dunno anything :P

No you won't get bigger lifting weights. Females have 10x less testosterone than males which is a hormone responsible for gaining mass. If lifting weights made you bigger that easily every dude in the gym would look like Ronnie Coleman. But they don't. Most are skinny guys lifting weights 5 times per week and complaining they cannot put on muscle. Growing muscle is difficult, timely process which requires focus and dedication.

Good luck and let us know how you go!

Don't compare yourself with fitness model girls either. So many of them use anavar, clen and various external steroids to retain muscle mass and shed fat before photoshoots and competitions. Its a joke. Then they try selling you some cellucore or fat burner pills : ) or they then preach about clean eating and lifting heavy. B*tch please.
