    November 24 hours=1440 minutes

    1st. - 2 hours (Treadmill, Stretching, Zumba) = 22 hours left
    2nd - 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill) = 20 hours 45 minutes left
    3rd - 45 minutes (Stretching and Walking) = 20 hours left
    4th - 1 hour (Zumba) = 19 hours left
    5th - 1 hour 15 minutes (Treadmill) = 17 hours 45 minutes left
    6th - 2 hours (Treadmill, Stretching, Zumba) = 15 hours 45 minutes left
    7th - 1 hour (Treadmill) = 14 hours 45 minutes left
    8th - 2 hours (Treadmill, Stretching, Zumba) = 12 hours 45 minutes left

    I'm still wondering what happens WHEN we meet this challenge before the end of the month? Should we start over again and see how far we can get? :noway:

    I think it's up to you. Most people just keep adding it up, but I guess you could post another goal and see if you can meet it. A few people are able to go way over. Alas, I am not one of those yet :)

    11/5 - 1hour brisk walking (5km) + weights + bike
    11/6 - 1hour brisk walking (5km)
    11/7 - 1hour running/brisk walking (5km) + weights
    11/8 - 1hours walking/running (5km) + 30mins spin class + 30mins general circuit training
    11/9 - 40mins on bike (17miles) + 50mins of walking, general circuit and weights
