Just maintaining

Hello, my name is Shiry and I am here to maintain my weight, and not loose any weight. A friend of mine posted this on fb, and i started today. I was trying to manually count my calories and it was really a pain. I can say the calorie counting does work, and I was not even without excercising. When I started doing the 30 minute workouts, like walking, you could tell. i look like i did when i was in highschool except curvier. Nice to meet everyone!!!!

    I am in maintenance mode after losing 45 pounds. Counting calories is the only way I can do it! Welcome to MFP!

    Welcome - I can't wait to say I'm maintaining!
    My scale has had up and downs through out my life and I've never had problems in taking it off- just keeping it off.
    So my goal will be to maintain under 140# for two years...
