Hi everyone,
I'm 46 years old and I weigh 300 pds, I'm just tire of being tired all of the time and no energy,I work 50 hours a week and on my day off all I want to do is sleep or do nothing . I don't like feeling this way, I want to enjoy life I,m not getting any younger. I'm here hoping to loose the weight I need and to meet new friends that are in the same boat as me and that can offer me support and advice.

I work 60-70 hours a week. I hear you. On the weekends I just want to chill and eat... I'm not good with every day chats but you're welcome to friend me. Good luck and keep up the good work.0
