Looking for a fitness/diet buddy

Hi all,

I want to start a journey of becoming healthier by losing weight and exercising more frequently, so my first step this morning was to join myfitnesspal.com.

I firmly believe that doing this with a buddy with whom I can check in daily so we can support and challenge one another can make a difference.

I want to lose 5 kg to get started, and get into the habit of exercising three times a week.
Therefore, I'm looking for a buddy with similar goals.

Basic expectations are just to want to challenge and get challenged to improve your health by losing some weight and exercising more, and to be willing to check in with me daily so we keep one another honest and motivate one another.

    Ditto to that. Was just thinking it would be easier with a buddy rather than boring my family to tears with it. I started today if you fancy buddying up?
