            When I do southwest style chicken my main standbys for spices are garlic, onion, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. I also will add lime sometimes to these to make a paste along with some oil and let it set with the chicken for a few hours. If you want it spicy add some jalepeno or habeneros to the mix.0
