Gained 30-40 lbs in a year?!

Hey Hey! So I'm going to try to use this Myfitness pal website/app to the max and seek support.

So this year of my life has been insane. After Hurricane Sandy hit, I was very depressed to see the damage and I decided that life was too short not to take chances and challenges. I decided to take what I thought was my "dream job" in New York City working for a well know website which will remain nameless (cough cough:: HINT: It's a review site that Y::helps you find restaurants:: cough cough). My position was suppose to be exactly what I was previously doing, advertisement sales and marketing. However, I quickly realized I was taken for a fool and it was a call center I was working for. I was sitting on my *kitten* for 5 months straight making 90-100 phone calls a day and fighting with failing business owners by bullying them into buying advertisement. I was overly stressed, lacking energy, and it was just a HORRIBLE situation. Not to mention, our office had a keg for beer with an unlimited supply of Nutella and Easy Mac!

I fell into a deep depression and long story short I randomly quit my job. I wasn't jobless for long THANK GOD! I found a job planning events and seminars for a hospital. I LOVE my job now but unfortunately all our events are catered and I have access to FREE Starbucks... and boy did I take advantage!

Anyways, I have gained 30-40 lbs this year! I went from a size 4 (my step sisters bridesmaid dress was falling down and was a size 4!) to a size 10 in a wedding I recently went to! Since I feel like I'm finally in a heather and happy point in my life, I am making it a mission to make my body now match my life!

So if anyone is in the same boat as me or if you're a 25-30 year old female from New York who is looking to lose 20-40lbs and would like a fitness buddy, please feel free to follow me or message me!
