Today, i am most proud of myself for not getting down about this week's one pound gain. Usually I would be recounting every lil hing I did wrong (like fair food) but today i recognized that I'm still 51 lbs lighter than I used to be!
Today, I am most grateful for being able to afford fitness magazine, was really inspired by some articles in there while reading!0 -
Today, I'm most proud of myself for not drinking a single can of mountain dew for one whole week! That is HUGE for me!

Today I am most proud of myself for getting off my butt and taking the kids swimming. They keep asking me, and I keep saying i'm too busy. I must make more of an effort to keep them interested in sport and exercise.
Today I am most grateful for my husband cooking my tea when I couldn't be bothered. If it wasn't for him, i'd have suggested a take-away. I have only lost 3lbs so far, so I'm really grateful for him keeping me on the right track.

Today, I'm most proud of myself for being the type of person who gets back on the wagon no matter what. No matter how naughty I may be every once in a while or how bad my stupid knee acts up, I still keep at it and never quit. I'm about to hit 205 days on MFP any day now.
Today, I'm most grateful that I threw a pair of pants on this morning that actually fit loosely for the first time in recent memory. I'm still shrinking. On that note, I'm also grateful for my dessicated thyroid and my diuretic, which both make it possible for the hard work I put into my weight loss to pay off.0 -

Today I am proud of myself for not giving into temptation at work! there's a constant array of free candy, snacks, cake, soda, and calorie filled treats everywhere!!! Not only do I turn them down, they no longer even cross my mind or bother me!

**Knowledge** The knowledge to change our bodies. The knowledge to know what to eat and how much to eat. How to keep ourselves healthy. How to work certain muscles to get great results. There are so many forms and sources of knowledge about fitness, nutrition and health. I am thankful that we have access to them all and can use them to change our lives!0
