Best Combination for Poptart Ice Cream Sandwiches?

So, according to Wikipedia, there are 29 flavours of Poptarts, not counting limited editions and imports. Paired with the hundreds of flavours of ice cream/sherbert/frozen yogurt available, we have a near infinite number of possibilities. Ideally, in your opinion, what would be the best combination? I'm thinking S'mores Poptarts and Reese's PB Cup ice cream....

    My favorite is a Pop Tart with a creamy center in combination with an ice cream that has cookie hunks of some kind. For example, hot fudge sundae Pop Tarts with cookies and cream ice cream.

    I'm thinking the Frosted Brown Sugar and Cinnamon might go well with a Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, in a Cinnamon Toast Crunch kind of way.
