37 for a few months yet, 230 pounds, and starting this exercise thing...again! I lost 25 last year, but gained it back in unemployment. (i worked AT a personal training studio as admin, so that helped!! )
Now I know what a good workout should feel like, so i'm going to go at it again!

    Rawr!

40 and starting MFP today. Looking forward to losing it right and keeping it off so I can look as young as I feel.

42 and by end of the year will have had 3 knee surgeries from sports "wear & tear"...so I'm completely frustrated with not being able to run/workout at the level I had been...which of course translates to not losing any weight...actually gaining a bit. Ugh!
