Advice to quickly recover from a pulled/strained hamstring

Hey guys.
So I am in a flag football league and strained/pulled my left hamstring on sunday. I iced it the first few days and am now applying heat to it. I have a game this sunday and really need to be apart of it (as our team is in the playoffs)
Any advice on how to get it feeling really good?

Especially the Starr Rehab protocol
Haven't had to use it personally, but everyone I know who has tried it raves about it.
Really good by Sunday is probably not possible, but you should get it feeling a bit better at least.0
