feel free to add me, type 2 and taken my bloods from over 15 to average of 4.5 thanks to MFP and exercise x It can be done without resorting to surgery x0

Not long turned 40 and im type 2. feel free to add me. Only on day 2 and bloods are best they have ever been.0

45 ( soon to hit 46 ugh !) & type 2 too ! Was out of control in summer but since starting on mfp I've lost 3 1/2 stone (40lbs ish) 4 dress sizes & reduced sugars from 14/15 to 5/6 ! Any one can feel free to add me for support .0

It's great that you're looking for and finding support from others with Type 2 diabetes. Changing your eating and activity habits to lose weight and mange blood sugar levels is important. Be sure to work with your physician and diabetes education team to find the right plan for you.0
