Okay, now that I have THAT out of my system...

My weight loss has been stalled for a few months, along with being up ~6 pounds now from my lowest weight since being on MFP. The past few days I've sucked at tracking, binged a little on Halloween candy. I don't THINK I've went over TOO bad, but I have to just go back and seriously recheck my logging to keep myself honest. I'm back to business now, I hope, after my few days of a mini binge. Maybe I'm jumping the gun on this, but I'm going to talk to my doctor tomorrow just to make sure that there isn't any other factors on my stall. Wish me luck, I could use some right now. I'm letting this bother me a little TOO much I think....

    Yeah, that's what I kinda thought too....had a physical in the summer, but doesn't hurt.
  • maybe you are stalled because of routinely eating the same combination of foods and doing the same exercises. Try mixing it up. It will confuse your body and boost your metabolism!
