Not giving up!!

So, I have'nt been loggin on, but I still exerciced and dicided on portion control rather than totally cutting out certain foods as I ain't good with that. I tend to bing if I cut out foods. So far 3 kilos have gone. Not a giant step, a step none the less!!

    Great job! That's my method, too. I haven't cut anything, I just portion it. It definitely gives you a sense of control rather than deprivation. Good luck on your journey!

    I have the same method. You can go a long way as long as you stick to it.

    LOL I just had and apple cider doughnut. Definitely not giving anything up. I am just staying in my calorie goals and making sure I get my protein and veggies in.
