Looking to start T25 next week. Need that extra push.....however I'm worried about injury. When I tried insanity it was hard on my knees and feet hurt really bad.

Stop trying to do all these crazy hard core work outs. Just start with any type of moving. Walking yoga, whatever. You will do one or two days of the hard core and stop as it hurts and is not fun. Just get moving0

I started T25 this week, it is difficult even following the modifier. It is an excellent workout, and I find it very challenging. I have been doing boot camp style workouts since April, so I am already familiar with the moves. I am very sore at the moment and I've only done 3 workouts.
It won't hurt you to try it, just remember to follow the modifier until you are comfortable. Best of luck to you!0
