Activity level?

This is my first time posting on the forum so hopefully I do everything right!

I was browsing pinterest and found a website that gives you a calorie goal based on your activity level, weight, etc. The calories it gave me there were higher than the ones here. I walk every day, at least 10 minutes (minus Sunday which is my rest day) and I am doing blogilates which is about 30 minutes a day (again minus Sunday). Would I still keep myself at sedentary? I've just been adding my exercise to my diary. I just don't want to undereat or anything. I've seen progress, so I'm thinking I'm okay, but I wasn't quite sure. Any help?

Thank you! :D

The other site was based on your activity level so the calories you would get would include what you burned unlike Mfp where you are technically suppose to eat those calories back. Either way will get you to your goal however if there is a day where you are less active on Mfp you would be eating less. Do what feels best for you!

This makes sense! I was just a bit concerned that I was undereating. This plan seems to be working so I will stick with it. Thank you for the tip!
