My goal of 50 pounds!

Hello Everyone! I'm Netty and I really just want to lose 50 pounds. I need some motivation, inspiration, or just someone to be a friends and help me get through this. I quit very easily. I am currently 183lbs (says my scale). My goal is to be 130. I just had a baby girl 6 months ago so yes it's becoming pretty frustrating that I no longer have the strength or body I used to have... Most days I feel so bad about myself that I just want to stay in the house and not see anyone at all. I just want to be healthy and be a better me in general... Thanks for listening.

    Hi, I'll be your friend. I too am looking to connect with some people on MFP. I lost 20 lbs fairly quickly but haven't done much lately.

    Feel free to add me. I want to lose over 100 lb. I gained 90 when I was pregnant. My son is 9 months old and I've just started losing weight. Down 7..TONS MORE TO GOOOO!!!

    You can do it if you consistently track your food intake on myfitnesspal and get in exercise everyday. I started using this site late in July 2013 and am not down over 50 pounds. You will be able to do this if you stick with it.
