Hi, it has been about 80 days on MFP, so far I lost around 30lbs. For the past 3 weeks I've been stuck around 232lbs. I have been eating a bit more then usual, but nothing crazy, I still bike ride 30 minutes at around 35-37kmh 5 days a week. I have noticed that lately my 30 min bike ride is a lot less difficult and I sweat a lot less then before.....Is it possible that my body is used to it and does not burn calories like before? Should I push harder with greater resistance and longer rides? Even if I do eat a bit more, there should still be a calorie deficit....is this what is called a plateau, were you get stuck for a bit and then start loosing again?

Your body can definitely adapt to a workout routine, so it's good to mix it up. I would suggest adding some weight training to get your upper body strong as well. But weight loss is all diet. How many calories are you eating and do you use a food scale?
