100% of people who breathe die... something to consider as you work on your breathing journey.

Every time someone tells me that I find myself screaming YOLO at them before I pass out.

OMG! This literally made me LOL!

I've heard about this oxygen-free lifestyle. I need to check Wikipedia before I totally commit to it though.

submitted for your approval: an effort to completely kill this dumb thread:

we can breathe both voluntarily and involuntarily. this means something, but very few (in my society) seem to remember this. cultures have (since the earliest times) devoted entire schools of thought to breath awareness and control. you've heard of the monks who not only go about with no thermal gear in winter, but can actually melt the snow around them, using the "breath of fire"? well you have now. conscious breathing is an incredible tool that is available to everyone, not just swimmers and singers. it's fundamental to meditation, and meditation is beneficial for everyone in terms of doing everything.

in summation: yes, conscious breathing is definitely worth it.

I have a part-time job in a retail environment, and I've met some people that I would like to prevent them from doing it!

Yes it is worth it... and I hope you know that you are worth it. There is much left for you to do before you take your last breath. Breath deeply and choose to engage fully...

Oh god, I'd forgotten about this commercial. You watch the gif long enough, giggles are inevitable. Totally needed that after a long morning in court(and soon to be a long afternoon).
