2 Leaves of kale
I green apple
I cup pineapple/mango frozen fruit
2 tbsp. vanilla yogurt (I used dairy free coconut milk yogurt)
1 tbsp. honey
a tiny bit of grated ginger
Juice of one lime
splash of pineapple juice
water to cover the contents.
blended and topped with black chia seeds, Enjoy

Yum! I make something very similar, but use coconut water and kiwi fruit instead of an apple.0

It tastes sweet, you get mostly the pineapple flavor. I can't even taste the "green" stuff.0
