GOALS FOR WEDNESDAY:
1. Stick to meal plan.
2. No eating after 8pm.
3. Drink at least 2L H20.
4. Workout at least 30 min.
5. Go to bed by 10pm.

    CHECKING IN...
    It's 0900 here in Spain and I just weighed and measured myself. The numbers were depressing because I am indeed at my heaviest (only 4 lbs shy from the weight I was when I was pregnant almost 7 years ago). I am more determined than ever to stick to my plan for today.

    I'm off to my workout...

    CHECKING IN...
    So far, so good. I got my workout in this morning and had all of my planned meals until now. I just have to get through dinner before 8pm and eat only what I planned to eat. I am craving junk food but I want to stay focused. I have a loooong way to go with this being my first day back on track.
