I find that eating cleaner has improved my acne. When I eat a lot of greasy or unhealthy food it definitely shows on my face. Eating fresh fruits and veggies brings out a healthy glow. For real!0

I noticed a few people mentioning tea tree oil. If you have never used a product with this before, I highly recommend spot testing it somewhere other than your face for a few days. I have a tea tree oil allergy, but it takes about 2 to 3 days of using the product regularly before I start breaking out and itching from it. Actually, you should do this with any new product that has ingredients you haven't used before. Just a caution that allergies don't always show up right away, and you wouldn't want to find out about an allergic reaction somewhere as visible as your face. Good luck!0

Natural, non chemical cleansers (chemicals just irritate) and washing the face every morning and night totally solves the problem <<<< my experience0

I get acne whenever I don't eat enough fats. Peanut butter basically saved my skin haha
Not going to help my son since he ate it most days for lunch. Wish it did.0 -
This is what I do to clear up my skin:
I use packaging tape to remove the dead skin from my face (I am not kidding and you can google this). You will be amazed at all the crap that comes off! I then wash my face with a10 % benzoyl peroxide cleanser (any brand will do) and then put on 10 % benzoyl acne treatment. I do this before I go to bed every night. Face has been cleared since. I also stopped drinking carbonated beverages and increased my water intake, though this could be coincidental.0 -
