Ladies 5'2''-5'4'' what is your goal weight?

I'm just shy of 5'3" (but I round up lol). My lowest weight as an adult was 5 years ago I was 105 lbs briefly at my peak half marathon training but normally around 110lbs. That is my current 'goal' but I'm not stressing. I was 115 the last time I went on the scale, which I rarely do. I prefer to go by how my cloths fit. I'm happy right now and if I lose a few that would be awesome, if not it's totally cool. When I get to 124 I really spill out of my cloths and feel uncomfortable in my skin. I'm very petite boned I should add.

I am 23 and I am 5'2" and am currently 180 lbs my goal is to be as close to 130 as I can get0

My original goal was 140 since it would put me in the healthy BMI range. But when I got there, I decided to shoot for 135. Now, I'm in maintenance and trying to stay under 135 (I'm 133-134 most days) and am happy at this weight.

I am 5.4 and I would love to be 140 but I would be happy with 145. I am 154 at the moment - last stone is HARD going0

I'm 5'3" and my goal weight is 110-115 lbs. The lowest I've been is 125 lbs, and I still wasn't happy with that. I'm up to 130 lbs now.0

I'm 5'4" and my current goal is 130, but I'd like to at least try to get down to 125 and see how I feel- plus then when I gain a little going to maintenance it won't be such a big deal! SW: 169 after knee injury; CW: 134.8. Currently only at a 10% deficit, so I'm expecting it to take some time to get this last 5-10 lbs off.0

I'm 5' 2" 50 years old and my goal wgt is 135. My dr wanted it to be 145 but I want less than that although I'm having a hard time getting that low. I made it to 142 and started gaining and have been struggling to get back to the 142 grrrrr frustrating!!!0

I'm 5'4. I'd like to keep my weight around 145. The lowest I weighed was back in college, I got down to 108. Too thin. Wasn't intentional, thyroid went wonky, I look best about 125, but too hard to maintain that reasonably, plus I have more muscle now. So, 145 it is. Puts me in a sz 6/8 which I'm ok with.0

I'm 5'4", my original goal weight was 125, then I changed it to 120. Im 118 now, still trying to figure out the whole maintenance thing. My lowest weight was 110 when I was around 20-23 yrs old, I turned 30 last month.0

Im 5'4 have ticker set at 135 but I dont mind less as long as I dont lose *kitten*!
Lowest was back in early 2011 i was 26 115 lbs. did not suit me, too flat!0 -
I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 125 but right now I am just working on moving out of the "overweight" bmi range. My lowest adult weight was about 130 before I got pregnant with my son. I've been as high as 211 and I am currently around 163.0

My lowest weight was when I was around 20, I weighed 120ish. And I joined a gym because I thought I was fat. I wish I was that "fat" now!
I'm also 5'2 and I used to feel exactly the same about 5 years ago when I was 20 and my weight at 125, I wish I could be that weight now too lol... My final goal and depending on how I feel is 110, I've been at 125 and still felt like I needed to lose more.0 -
I'm 5'2", age 39, and have a small frame. My goal is 115-120, but I suspect 120 will be my final resting spot. The lowest I've been in adulthood was 110 in college. By late 20's, even after my first baby, I was around 120.0

I'm 5'4'' and started at 150lbs and am now 127lbs. my original goal weight was 125lbs, but I've now dropped it down to 110 -115lbs.0

I got to 127 before and was very happy there so I will see how everything goes when I hit 1300 -
I'm 5'1 and from what I read, 130 is the top of my healthy range. That's my goal. I have about 8 lbs. to go. I also read that these will be the hardest to lose. I'm feeling great though!0

I'm 5'3" (and 1/2) and the lowest I've weighed recently is 117. With my age, metabolism, etc. It's difficult for me to maintain that weight and I've put on about 4 pounds. I'm trying to get under 120 again. In order to do that, my net calorie intake is supposed to be slightly above starvation level, which is not exactly fun!0

What a great, motivating question! I'm 5'3, 30 y/o, and I've recently reached my goal weight of 128 lbs - which happens to be my lowest weight since puberty! I love this weight because I can try on most cloths (excluding swimwear) and not worry about bulges. Getting dressed and going shopping have become stress-free! I've maintained for 3 months now by following the portion size habits I learned while dieting.
My last few lbs: I stopped entering my daily exercise (which seemed to justify an unnecessary snack).

I'm 5'3" and although it would be great to see 125 on the scale, I'm more focused on dropping my body fat percentage down to 20-22%0

I'm about 5'4" (or just under) and my goal weight is 125 lbs (I was 125.6 this morning, so pretty similar to what I'm currently sitting at).
For my wedding this summer, I got down to 120 lbs and that was my lowest adult weight (even lighter than I ever was in senior high school). I got a running injury right around my wedding, and so rapidly gained weight back over the last couple of months, getting up to 130. Now my goal is 125 as I actually prefer the extra 5 lbs on my frame. At 120, my muscle mass was depleted so I felt like I lacked strength and power, AND I lost my boobs!0 -
I am 5'3-ish. Highest weight 170 (when pregnant 20 years ago); lowest adult weight ever was when battling an eating disorder, so it does not count; lowest adult weight when reasonably healthy 115.
I am honestly not sure what my "goal weight" is or should be. Aiming generally for 130, but I am actually more interested in body composition (lower body fat) and feeling fit.0 -
