is a belly pouch there forever?

ive read that no matter what some woman will never lose the belly pouch and it makes me feel disheartened.

    I hope it's not true! Very disheartening if it is. I hate my belly pouch and desperately want it gone.

    If you mean loose skin, well that's an individual thing which will depend on age and how much weight was lost.

    If you mean fat, it's absolutely not true. It may be slow to come off but if you diet and exercise right and for long enough it will go eventually.
