hi y'all, so i got a home gym now, and i want to lift heavy.
is it the same as barbell and bench?
or do i need somthing else? As for cardio, i dont have a problem.
can you please advice if it can be used for heavy lifting. i want to lift heavy but dont know what to do now.
i bought NRFLW but the equipment needed included barbell,bench,ball....... Any knowledgeable person in this field can advice.
cheers

I'm sorry i don't quite understand your question.
If your asking what equipment you need for a home gym, well me and my training buddies are looking at bench with squat rack (http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/multi_press_racks/bodysolid_multi_press_rack_package_grey/7443_p.html),
Olympic 20kg bar with 180kg of weight plates, with curl attachment and leg developer. we also have olympic dumbells (http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/olympic_bars/bodypower_olympic_dumbbell_handle_x1/3208_p.html)
with weight plates. This is a lot of equipment, but we are very dedicated to lifting. there are cheaper versions of the bench and rack that would do a good job (although dont support as much weight, the guys i train with bench A LOT of weight) http://www.fitness-superstore.co.uk/barbell_benches/bodysolid_ultimate_powercentre_bench_package/14951_p.html something like that one maybe with the dumbell handles as well would do bench, rack and weights.
iv been lifting 3 years and they guys i train with have been lifting a lot longer. we lift heavy. Do you have someone to train with? i wouldnt suggest doing it alone.
Good luck with lifting0
