Good morning/evening/whatever,
I'm 26, 5ft 9 and currently 180 lbs (12st 12, I think), looking to shift 15 lbs within 4-6 months - main reasons other than wanting to look good (well, better would be more accurate) but to also get fitter; my two year old daughter runs around all day long and I'd love to be able to match her energy levels!
MFP's got me eating 1500 cal a day to enable me to lose 1.5 lbs a week - I've already found it a bit difficult to record everything I've consumed as I'm somewhat lazy! I've also been walking more, around 3 miles a day, and have put msyelg back on the exercise bike for 30 mins a night, five times a week. I have little interest in weights, I know they really help boost metabolism etc. but I have no immediate access to any equipment and I feel like a tool doing pushups and stuff, even at home.
Figured posting on here might attract a few similar people that I can add and shamelessly use for encouragement, obviously I'd return the favour!
