Jillian Michael's DVD's

Hey everyone, this is my first time posting. For anyone wanting an intense cardio workout, I highly recommend Jillian Michael's videos. I have been doing her "Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism" video for 1 week straight now. I like to do her "Shred It With Weights" video at night to build muscle as well. Last year when I did her videos along with dieting I lost 30 lbs. Well, I've started it up again, and in one week I have lost 12 lbs. along with eating lean meats, vegetables, protein, and of course drinking water.
