'Cleansing' is a load of rubbish. Your organs do that for you. Just eat healthy foods and minimise saturated fats and sugars!0

Bleach and a good scrubbing brush
Turpentine cleanse just about everything....0 -

I hate when people post new food products that I pretty much restrict myself from eating that did not exist (or I didn't notice) when I didn't care. If I got fat from apple cinnamon muffin poptarts I probably wouldn't have ever started caring.
and I'd be poptart cleansing right now.0 -

They came out last year. I haven't seen them yet this year, but I hope they bring them back. If you open the box and stick a zip close sandwich baggie in it right away, you'll have it ready to bag the 2nd one for later. /hijack0 -
Judging from the way my insides are feeling, Chipotle is a good cleanse. You can thank me later.0

I have had a great experience with Dr. Oz's 2 day wonder cleanse:

requires some juicing and broth making.
Works great over a weekend.0 -
Your thread title is an oxymoron.

What are you cleansing? You have organs that do all of that for you. It's good that you're afraid of the idea because it will hopefully prevent you from doing something stupid.

If you want to cleanse/detox, at least do it naturally and take in some nutrition. Like making your own juice with a wide variety of things like kale, spinach, watercress, celery, cucumbers, parsley ect. Anything you can think of, load up! I loved adding carrots and beets to take the bitterness away. Apples work great too for this reason. And adding lemons/limes also helps to lift and balance as far as taste is concerned. I went crazy and added scallions and a jalapeno being I love spice. And wow, it was tasty! Do it for a day or two, maybe over the weekend? OR, you can just make the juice and have it with every meal. Makes a nice addition! And no one would bash you for doing that.0
