To get better at distance running
    To never be overweight

Looking down at my flabby belly, as well as the pile of clothes that no longer fit me... I'm not really okay with looking "good", which everyone tells me is good enough. I believe I should strive to be (and feel) great, and I'm doing it just for me!

I want to be strong and prove to myself that I can to do this! I've always wanted to be a runner but I've also wanted to be the girl people say, "Wow, she can lift that."

Another big reason is my son. He's special needs and can't walk. He weighs about 40 lbs. I want to know with out a doubt if something happened I could pick him up/push his wheelchair and run like hell.

    I feel held back.
    I can't shop. I can't go out. I can't be free of weight-obsessive thoughts for a second.
