I strength train 3x's a week with a PT. I also walk. When I enter my exercise, the strength training calories burned do not show up, only cardio and that isn't very accurate either. So my question is how do I accurately calculate? I plugged in that I want to lose 2 lbs a week. It gave me a 1200 calorie amount also..what is TDEE? Thx,

Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) quantifies the number of calories you burn in a day. This measure is best estimated by scaling your Basal Metabolic Rate to your level of activity. TDEE is critical in tailoring your nutrition plan to your desired fitness goals.0
