1200 Calories a day Question.

This Question has probably been asked before. But I didn't find anything on it.

I have been trying to eat about 1200 cal a day but usually come in with less.

How many Calories are you eating/exercising per day? and I see a lot of people say you are supposed to eat your exercise calories. That is where I am getting confused. Logically, calories in - estimated BMR - exercise = more weight loss.

I would like to learn about this to maximize my weight loss but not sure where to find the info. would appreciate it if someone can provide me with a link.
