    Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. :happy:

    Schedule workouts, pre plan food - Make it a habit - No motivation required. I find motivation comes and goes too easily so by scheduling and pre planning there isn't as much thought going into it. I just do what I planned.
