I just got over the stomach flu. Yesterday was the first day I actually ate my full calories and I pretty much am feeling "normal" today. So wondering if I should record my weigh-in today or wait a few more days... i hate to record a lower weight only for it to go back up again....

doesn't hurt to record, but don't be surpised if you go up a little. it still possible you can be a little dehydrated.0

I would wait a few days, before recording the weight. Alot of it was probably just water weight, wait until you are eating regular before you log it in,0

yeah, that's what I'm wondering... I had it on tuesday. and wednesday I still didn't get enough fluids or food. Yesterday I finally got it all down... feeling a lot less dehydrated today. I guess it doesn't hurt to wait. I just like to have an accurate idea of my weight for all my different figurings, since I am zig-zaggging my calories and don't want to go above my maintenance calories (which would be different if I'm actually 4 lbs less than my current weight I have listed).0

Your weight today may be decieving if you are dehydrated from the flu. You should wait a day or two.0
