I would like to cut my soda habit, I tried cutting diet and replacing with regular and just sipping ( I hear its healthier because of the sugar) but now I'm trying to cut it completely, maybe put lemons in my water.?0

Me too! I always revert to diet soda when I'm stressed. I know it's terrible for you, and I think I'll eventually give my personal trainer an aneurysm eventually, but I can't help it.
My biggest habit I'd like to kick is picking at my face. I know it's gross--I just can't help it.0 -
Emotional eating! My family has always used food for everything.
We're all happy? lets go out to eat and get some ice cream!
We're sad? Here take this donut

I gave up hard liquor back in January. I don't like feeling out of control, so I nixed it.0

I really wish I could quit smoking. =( I hate that I have to have them and that I am not strong enough to just throw them away. I have cut down from about 2 packs a day to about 1/2 a pack a day. Just can't seem to get lower than that tho.0
