Did you notice that you eat less on workout days than you do on non-workout days ? :huh:

I actually posted about this around a month or so ago. if I workout i can easily stay within my calorie goal that day but if it is my off day I can't stay out of the kitchen. I find that alot of it is boredom. on my off day I find it hard to fill the void of time in which I usually workout so I tend to wander toward the kitchen more than usual.0

hmm, I never thought about it exactly that way, but I think you are on to something. I always find it much more difficult to stay within my calories on days I don't exercise. Never thought that the two might have a correlation. Interesting....0
