What do you listen to when you're working out?

When I'm running, it's mainly house music. If I go to the gym and lift it's metal and rap. I guess the metal and rap helps me get pumped to lift some weights.0

Usually: keith urban , biggie smalls , dierks bentley , bi boi , sugarland , buddy guy...and list is far too long long to be posting on here...but my main music preference consists of : country,hip-hop/rap, and blues0
