I'm new to MyFitnessPal, although not new to trying to lose weight. I have 200 pounds to lose (ack!) and I'm so so so hoping that I'm able to stick with this! I'm 33 and female, a Texas girl, and since I'm not working currently, I should have lots of time to do this. Of course, I've been saying that for a long time! I hope everyone is having a great day!

    Take one day at a time, one lb. at a time,& small lb goals![ not 100 goal lbs but 5 lb at a time] Celebrate your successes and before you know it 5 lb losses a month for 40 months and your there!!!! Sounds far away but its not!... remember how long it took to put it on and its nothing....Good Luck!:wink:

    Thanks guys! I really like how this has told me how many calories I can eat today. Kind of reminds me of Weight Watchers! I'm so happy to meet you all!
