I was stuck at a plateau for two months or so at 117lbs.
Since Im so close to goal, it turned out I was over-estimating my exercise calories.
So I cut them in half and lowered my calories a bit, and ended up going down to 113 in a few weeks.
Since my goal is 110, I was excited.
Now, for the past three - four days the scale has been steadily at 116?
Ive had fluctuations due to water and stuff, but never for days in a row.
It's usually gone in a few hours.
Noooow whats going on?

Honey, let go. Don't let yourself be a slave to a scale. :flowerforyou:0 -

I know. I usually am.
It's just never happened to me my entire year long of weight loss.
It's out of the ordinary and I'm wondering what the hell it is, lol.0 -

When you get close to your goal you should aim to lose 0.5lbs a WEEK.
Besides, the number on the scale is just number and it means very little compared to how you feel about yourself.0 -

That's the issue. Still not feeling very good about myself.0 -
It sounds like you are weighing yourself every 5 minutes. With only a few pounds left to lose, it's going to be like this (up and down a few). Be patient, stick to your plan and put the scale away. Good luck!0

Twice a morning. Before my workout and after.
But you're right. It's just when you get so close you're like woo, almost done hurry!
Haha.0 -
So maybe stop looking at the number on the scale. Going down 3lbs is probably not gonna make you feel any better when you will look into the miror.
Most people think losing weight will make them feel better about their body when most times they don't feel good about the way their body looks. Losing weight means a smaller version of exactly what you look now.
Most woman want that ''toned'' (hate that damn word) flat stomach look
This is achieved by lifting heavy and eating at a small deficit. Losing more lbs on the scale doesn't yield that result. Lifting does.
So yeah, if you are not satisfied with the way your body looks and feel stop weighting yourself, you are obsessing over this, it will do you no good and pick up the weights.0 -

Maybe you're backed up and will need to poop soon.0 -
I thought this but I poop daily.0 -

Thanks! You're right0 -
Stop stressing, and thinking about, it will be alright. Just relax and it will come, just follow your plan..

You didn't say how tall you are, but perhaps this is the weight you should be?0

Haha.
Weigh once a day in the same conditions.
Ideal conditions are in the morning, after the using the bathroom, before consuming anything, and naked.
Also, no one will look at you and be like "she's 113#, not 110#"
You're the only one who sees that number, don't let it get to you0 -
First off, you need to really take the time to realize how well you've already done. Now, avoid the scales for a bit. Sometimes those numbers will drive you crazy.0

Im around 5'2, maybe a bit less.
I haven't officially checked my height before0 -
Vanity lbs of meaningless. In fact I just gained 10 lbs from eating lunch, lol.
Here is what I have learned. If you weren't comfortable about your body when you were overweight, it won't change when you get fit and trim. Beating psychological l issues isn't something losing weight will improve. I would suggest throwing away the scale and start looking at pictures. Heck, i can help you gain 10 lbs and you would probably improve your bodies look. Just look at the below link. Compare the 120 vs 130 lbs photo. Essentially, you need to learn how not to put so much stock in the scale.
If you want to improve composition, lift heavy and do some light cardio and a small deficit.
