Meal Planner Program?

I've been scouring the net trying to find a specific type of meal planner program and none that I've found do what I want them to do. What I'm looking for is a program that you enter the foods you like and it makes you a meal plan out of those foods and then gives you a shopping list of things to buy if you don't already have them. I'm a good ole canuk food type of person, I'm not much into fancy smancy types of meals although I don't mind trying new things so long as there's nothing funky in the meal. I don't eat yogurt, it's nasty stuff, and alot of recipes want you to put that into it. Or they ask for sugar replacements, I'm also not into that stuff I've tried a few and they all leave an after taste. Anyhow, does anyone know if there's such a program around?

Jillian Michaels' website does that, I believe. She lists out meals for every day and I suppose you could just make a list out of that. But it doesn't let you in put your favorite foods. I've never heard of anything doing that.
Have you tried just using a cookbook and finding recipes that sound good?0 -

I would like one too. Did you try searching Itunes? An app would be perfect.0
