please tell me what to eat. I am starving and in one of those too bellyaching sick to find anything at all appealing in the least. I have ALL my daily cals left as I have only had coffee yet and even have leftover cals from yesterday. Try to limit your answers to things found in the pantry/fridge of a woman who should go grocery shopping soon and has limited stuffs.

I, too, kind of like this combo--it's a nostalgic thing for me. I used to be pretty severely lactose intolerant so had OJ on all of my cereal (I didn't know about soy/almond/coconut/etc. milk then). That tart OJ and crunchy cereal mix is gross and wonderful. LOL

I am! I used to use OJ a lot for cereal.

catsup and pickles. dip pickles into catsup.

bread and ketchup. spread ketchup liberally onto bread. fold bread in half. consume.

    chicken broth with catsup.

catsup. squirt onto finger. Do not eat finger, I repeat, do not eat finger.

Oh yeah, lol. to clarify my husband paleo's I do not. THerefore he doesnt' buy non paleo things that might tempt him. My sourdough cracked wheat bread does not tempt him. Probably because he's never tried them.
