Ok before you all jump down my throat, im only asking this because Ive been giving MILLION (ok maybe not that many but close) different answers and I dont want to use the default MFP setting.
One place says take my weight times it by 10 and there's how much I should eat to lose.
Then you have these sites you put your info in and none of it comes out the same.
Is there a special mathematical way to solve this annoying question??
Id really like to finally be eating so I can lose and get out of this funk im in.
Thanks

The reason you get so many answers is because there is more than one way to do it.
I prefer to take 500 off my sedentary maintenance level then eat back exercise calories.
Other people calculate their TDEE based on a planned exercise level.
It really depends on what works for you.0 -
