    smoking..although I might have one or two cigerttes in a day and I can go an entire week without it I would like to stop for good!

    Me too! I always revert to diet soda when I'm stressed. I know it's terrible for you, and I think I'll eventually give my personal trainer an aneurysm eventually, but I can't help it.

    My biggest habit I'd like to kick is picking at my face. I know it's gross--I just can't help it.

    I really wish I could quit smoking. =( I hate that I have to have them and that I am not strong enough to just throw them away. I have cut down from about 2 packs a day to about 1/2 a pack a day. Just can't seem to get lower than that tho.
