ok so i want change my routine to incorporate more heavy lifting. i've bought a bench and barbell with weights.
is that enough? if yes, can u give me a routine or what you do ? i have NRFLW but i find it odd to kip going back to book to see what i have to do.
so if you have any routine you can suggest top of ur head? something easy to follow. or any routines on youtube or anypther websites i can easily follow?

Hi, when I started heavy lifting I was doing a lot of research online and came across these sites and I have been following the routines for quite sometime now. Hope it helps.

i also found NROLFW needlessly complex.
for programs look up starting strength, strong lifts and wendler 5-3-10 -
Starting strength is really excellent, not just because it is a great program, but because Mark Rippetoe is so clear and adamant about proper form. Most of the information is available online, but the book is worth owning.0
