I just wanted to shere my success at boot camp - I finished my First month and my Trainer forwarded me my results. I was really pleased with them.

I go twice a week for an hour session - we do a lot of weight lifting and straingh exercises.0

What are your caloric goals right now and how much of it is protein/carbs/fat?
Your body mass is 149 and you have 78 lbs of fat. To get to a nice # for a female of 18-20% body fat you need to get to 200-205.
This seems a little high to me in the mass category. I would recommend a second body fat test.0 -

My trainer used on the machine I needed to held in my arms and squized it...., he input my age, hight, weight....0
