These are the results of my first test.. whatcha think??(only if you have done it before)

Switch kicks: 106, 110, 123, 134, 157 (we counted as one instead of 2 as a set)
Power Jacks: 52, 60, 73, 78, 79
Power Knees: 56, 88, 100, 109, 118
Power Jumps: 14, 33, 40, 41, 59
Globe Jumps: 6, 8, 11, 12, 15
Suicide Jumps: 10, 14, 17, 19, 22
Push Up Jacks: 10, 20, 28, 32, 39
Low Plank Oblique: 30, 48, 59, 59, 690 -
You are doing good! I hate switch kicks myself! I'm in my third round of Insanity, keep it up you will love the results.

I find that I start liking the torture! My goal is to finish Pure Cardio without stopping. I'm close but I find that workout to be the most challenging, even more that the second month of workouts!

Resurrecting an old thread. I did my first today and all I can say is DAYUMMM.... yall are rock stars! I truly wish I wouldn't have had coffee and breakfast immediately before the test. I could barely get thru Power Jumps and Globes because I was about to puke.

I increased in some areas and low plank obliques I couldn't finish had to stop for my son but I'll take it lol I see improvement that's what counts had to revise few things but these are correct and I also made the mistake in counting switch kicks individually the first time but caught my era this second fit test I also counted lpo as 2=1 set
