This is a really good feeling!

I hit ten pounds lost this morning. It might not seem like a lot to anyone else but it makes me feel so much better knowing that I can do this! I thought my goal of losing 20 pounds by January was going to be tough but I'm already half way there and I can't wait. I just love feeling like I'm doing well with this and MFP is a huge part of my success with these first ten pounds. I just wanted to thank everyone for the encouraging words in these past few weeks! This feels so awesome!
