What Size Will I be?

Does any one know of an online calculator that works that can ballpark the size I could be at goal weight? It's a ways off but I'm curious and 'dream clothes shopping' is kind of fun for me right now.

TIA:bigsmile:

There is a website called my body gallery.com, you put in your weight height and body shape and I'll give pictures of real people who posted their way that shape category.
  • Thanks! Thats a good place to start

a smaller one than you are now! haha yeah, use mybodygallery etc and put in your goal weight, height, and body type and it'sll show you some options. Also, if you have a friend the same height and body shape who is at your goal weight, ask them what size they are. One of my besties was my goal body, but I'm smaller than her now!

Your bodyfat percentage will determine how much volume you will take up at a certian weight. 1lb of muscle is more dense than 1lb of fat.
  • Looking at this site is tremendously motivating. No airbrushing or anything - just real people. I am excited all over again. I need to save this site for times when my priorities need a boost.

This. I weigh 157 and wear a size 7/8. I weighed 157 at one other time in my life and I squeezed into a size 10 misses. The difference is that I built muscle, lost fat and look way better at 157 than I ever have AND am much smaller. Don't get hung up on weight. Just keep plugging along, lift heavy (or use BW exercises and leverage your body) and start tracking your BF% at some point.

    Best of success to you!

That's SO hard to predict. When I was a size 22, I thought that at the weight I am now (153), and 5'5", that I'd be around a size 12. Instead, I'm an 8 on top and and while 10's on the bottom are too big, 8's are too small and I can't seem to find 9's! As a side note, I thought I'd be content at size 12, but now, even though I'm smaller than that, I want to be a size 4-6.

So it's really hard to predict your size, even harder to predict your happiness with a given size!

Different people lose at different rates, but for me it's been pretty much 10 lbs/drop a size.
