STILL LOSING

I am still losing weight I have tried eating more but I have been exercising more. I have lost a lot more than the Dr. thinks I should. I'm just glad I won't see him soon. All together I have lost 74 lbs. I am 5'61/2. I weigh 124 lbs. I really don't want to cut back on the exercising as I enjoy it. What I eat is satisfying and I'm usually not hungry. I also have my days when I eat things I shouldn't and don't feel guilty about it. I know I shouldn't loose anymore so what can I do.

If you are satisfied with the AMOUNT of food you are eating, but want to consume more calories, what about adding in some healthy fats such as olive oil, nuts, avocados, etc? Calorie dense foods such as cheese can also be good :)

On a side note, I also really enjoy having a chocolate Muscle Milk smoothie with almond or regular milk, ice, and either banana or strawberry mixed in. I usually just use one scoop so that I have a delicious snack while not going over on calories, but you could put two scoops in!

Eat more food. Exercise for an hour a day, five days a week.

Maybe share your diary and others may be able to give you some good feedback. But I agree eating more often/greater number of small meals and the healthy fats may be helpful. Best of luck to you!

If you look at what you took out of your diet when you started logging, you'll know what to add in.

Buttered toast and a big glass of orange juice? 500 calories
Bagel and cream cheese? 500 calories
Nice handful of nuts and a glass of milk - a few hundred calories
Rice mixed with greens and sprinkled with cheese or a table spoon of ranch dressing? A few hundred calories. Add a big glass of whole milk - a 180 more.

Enjoy your exercise. Log it. Eat the calories back.

Full fat dairy, dressings, etc...eat nuts and avocados and cook with oils, butter, etc....also, train appropriately or learn to eat appropriately for your training.
