Hey Heather! I had a cervix biopsy taken and have to rest for a while. When i exert myself i start cramping and the feeling is very unpleasant! Cant wait to start 30 DS though!

Can I join too? I'm currently doing to do Jillian's 30 Day Slim Down programme [mix of 30DS, BFBM & NMTZ] but would love to be part of the group next month to keep me accountable.

Oh noI hope you feel better! I had a colposcopy (sp?) done once and the cramps really sucked! Take it easy girl! I sent you an invite if your're up to it

Hi! I'd love to join in too. I'm currently on level 3 of the 30DS but I started mine in October and took it nice and slow with lots of breaks and other cardio workouts mixed in so I could build up my fitness level. I found level 2 so challenging that I decided to do the whole thing all over again and do all the advanced moves, hopefully without cursing Jillian too much. :laugh:0
