Hey guys!
I really want to try the insanity workout to tone up and lose some more weight but I've heard mixed reports from friends and colleagues who have tried it. I want to tone up but don't want to end up looking like a female bodybuilder. Has anyone here used it before or have any useful tips or information
thanks!
Xx

You wont look like a female bodybuilder with Insanity and any program. Women bulking like men is a myth. Women don't have enough testosterone to build lots of muscle mass like men do.
Insanity doesn't even have any resistance training, it is High-Intensity cardio interval. With Insanity you will burn lot of calories, burn fat and get toned if your nutrition is right.
80% of the results come from nutrition, if you do the program, put a lot of importance to getting your nutrition right and running a calorie deficit.
If you want any information about Insanity, feel free to contact me privately and i will be happy to help you.0 -
That's great!
